With over 20 years of Facilities Management experience, consulting at schools and MAT's across the country, I have the passion and knowledge to provide be able to provide our clients with exceptional premises support, as well as share advice and guidance on financial planning and forecasting, strategic budgeting and CIF funding. I love the satisfaction of providing peace of mind for our schools and trusts, and enjoy building those great relationships with the staff over the years of working together.

Molly has been working alongside schools and providing professional advice on facilities management, compliance and health and safety, as well as carrying out Fire Risk Assessments for our clients for over 6 years and has built up some lovely relationships with our schools and their staff. With her industry expertise and NEBOSH qualification, Molly is on hand as our Property Support Manager and shares her knowledge with our clients to facilitate compliance.

With a friendly voice and a mind full of knowledge and expertise, Sally provides great support and advice to our schools on a daily basis, with anything from urgent reactive jobs, to arranging Planned Maintenance contractors and supporting staff. Sally has worked within the facilities industry for over 15 years and is always ready to resolve your query.

Ellie carries out the day-to-day running of Maxwell Facilities, and with project management, business and facilities knowledge under her belt she provides support to our schools as well as our staff. Ellie manages CheckBox, our digital compliance platform, runs socials, and is the editor of MFM Monthly Newsletter for our clients.

Denise has over 25 years of experience and with her kind and professional approach has developed strong relationships with our schools. Denise provides premises support to our clients and works alongside the school to ensure that regulations are met and that the school is safe for staff and pupils.
