It is simple and clear to use and brings a modern edge to the way we carry out compliance and log compliance checks. Checkbox prioritises compliance and planned maintenance and allows you to keep digital records for audit purposes, as well as to track and manage remedial works. CheckBox can provide multi-site capability which allows for a centralised overview of an entire site’s compliance, with unlimited user access. Users can access and review a site’s compliance anytime with a mobile and tablet-friendly platform, with all data stored securely.
Complete compliance checks on location with one click of a button, report remedials immediately with live updates from our helpdesk on progress and produce reports documenting your property’s level of compliance.
We offer packages which can include the purchase of a tablet to use to access CheckBox and to use on-site to log your compliance checks. Our expert team will provide training sessions on how to use the platform and will provide on-going support. Strategic Planning
In all organisations there are always multiple premises documents to analyse and develop into a strategic management plan. At Maxwell FM, we are able to take this information and put it into a meaningful and clear Premises Plan to allow the organisation to work on its core objectives and goals.
Premises Planning
Maxwell FM will take all the financial documentation that is available and place this into a meaningful Premises Plan for a 5 year plan. This will include Health and Safety aspects, Wish Lists, Condition Survey findings and any other considerations at your site.
